Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what He wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you. Romans 12:2 (The Message)

No, we have not disbanned. Isn't it easy to jump to that conclusion though. Seems that Christians have a difficult time keeping things together. I can tell you that we've had our share of challenges, but we are fully committed to our mission and are continually humbled that God has used us in these retreats to foster such remarkable change in men. As always, anything that stands to do good in God's Kingdom will have it's fair share of obstacles to overcome. (Didn't Jesus say something about that?) There are so many well intentioned Christians in the world. Why do so many get taken out? Why do so many Christian friendships end? Marriages?

We know that what God's doing through these boot camps is opposed so we're learning first hand how to use what Jesus said to push right back. We're also careful to do only what we hear Him telling us to do. The last boot camp was postponed because we rushed the filed before clearly hearing God. In the excitement of what God has done through our previous events, we made the assumption that we would being doing another in May. When May was approaching, we weren't getting the peace about the whole thing that we needed. We paused, realized what we'd done, asked God for his position, and heard clearly that May was not the time. I am happy to tell you that on September 1, 2009 we are opening up registration for our next boot camp in November. I can assure you that the timing of this retreat has been prayerfully considered. We hope you'll join us.
