About This Site

Like most men in today’s society, I spent a large part of my life, pinned down spriritually and emotionally, unable or unwilling to deal with the weaknesses I struggled with.  I was pretty much living an apathetic existence, going with the flow and not really leading much of anything.  While I had the world around me convinced I had it together, I was a miserable wreck.  Over time, my wife came to the dreary conclusion that the man of her dreams, the man God meant for her to have, was never coming.  Fortunately for us, God had a plan…

He broke through the iron shell I had forged around my heart and began to deal with the junk in my life.  Within a few months, I was a new man, capable of being what God wanted me to be.  I was being transformed!

That is what this site is about.  It’s about men like myself who have experienced a Romans 12:2 transformation and have a desire to share their journey with other men…

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:2 (NIV)

No matter what your situation is, no matter how bad you might think your sin is, God is waiting patiently for you to let Him transform you.  He wants you to give Him permission to set you free so you can in turn set other men free.  

This site is about helping you experience transformation in your own life by drawing strength and encouragement from the experiences of men just like yourself.  I was probably the most shutdown, self centered person you could ever meet.  If God could help me change, I know he can transform you too.
